Introducing PILATES PLUS
So what is Pilates?

Pilates concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates focuses on posture, balance, and flexibility.

We are excited to announce that we are creating a dedicated class called Pilates Plus
This combines work on the reformer along with with some body weight floor workouts and a mix of cardio.
